The #IntoTheWoodsCabin uniquely blends lots of contrasting design styles. A perfect example of this are the mixed metal finishes in the primary bathroom. We paired a textural, hammered polished copper (which will patina and discolor over time, giving it that perfect, lived in and rustic look) with a super sleek and modern polished nickel. When you’ve got this many wood tones and textures going on (floors, ceiling, log beams, nightstands, and bed frame) you might as well go the extra mile and add a wood veneer wall covering while you’re at it 🪵🙌🏼 This one from @phillipjeffriesltd was the perfect way to tie all these cozy textures together and add something unexpected to this serene master retreat.

Are log homes outdated?! NEVER. Sometimes they just need a little TLC 🤎

By giving these logs a fresh update (goodbye, orange tones), we brought a modern vibe while still embracing the cabin’s original charm and craftsmanship. Plus, for the new 10,000 sq. ft. addition, we sourced logs from the same forest as the originals to honor its heritage and create a seamless flow throughout. #IntoTheWoods
