From Concept To Reality 🤎

These two custom stairway fixtures were anything but a walk in the park. After an extensive design process, this bad boy took a team of ten electricians almost an entire week to install! Each of the 180 pendants had to be hung INDIVIDUALLY… it’s probably safe to say our electricians were cursing our name during the process 🫣

In the end though, it was sooo worth it because these fixtures turned out so damn good. 🙌🏼

The first section has the glass pendants placed linearly along the bar window (hanging above the stairs going to the lower floor), and the second section glass pendants cascade in alternating heights down to the sports court. It’s hard to show in photos, but these two fixtures create such a seamless transition between the main floor and basement. The spaces really flow together beautifully.

This home theater from our #courthouse project is definitely one of our most favorite theaters we’ve ever designed. This space has not one but TWO wood veneer wallcoverings - One on the back wall and one on the ceiling, which has a little touch of gold and makes this space feel sooo luxurious. So here’s your little reminder not to let your ceilings be boring ✌🏼🍿

When designing #thecourthouse we just knew that this bar area needed a wow factor. Queue the backlit quartzite wine cellar!! 🔥

Designing and installing this was no easy feat (we almost lost half our team to heart attacks while watching these slabs be installed), but dangggg does it look good. No regrets here. ✌🏼

Okay, so we are way obsessed with this “silk” quartzite slab, and it couldn’t be more appropriately named. Doesn’t the veining and movement literally look like silk?!?! This slab was soooo perfect for this sleek and sophisticated kitchen.
