March Musings
March 1, 2024
Oh my, oh my, oh my.... we made it to March, people!
Although it is still FREEZING here in Park City - and we're expecting another big snowstorm this weekend - we can't help but get a little bit excited about the impending fair weather and for some of this snow to finally melt away.
After months of gray weather, we need a little GREEN in our lives!
Spring Styling
You should know by now that we are big fans of unique and colorful designs... but one of the advantages of designing in a neutral palette is being able to switch out seasonal accessories and decor regularly. So, if you're one of our neutral friends, then this spring styling tip is for you!
If you're already working with a neutral palette, then all you need to do to spruce up your space for spring is add a few moss-green throw pillows.
Thats it. It's literally too easy.
We're obsessed with this color scheme because not only is it perfect for the season, but it is just so serene and restorative.
Shaved Brussels Sprouts, Pine Nuts, & Green Olives
You either love 'em, or you hate 'em. If you're a brussels sprout lover like us here at Bond, then you HAVE to try this recipe.
This salad is light, fresh, and absolutely delish. Perfect for transitioning into spring.
Reminder: March is the last month brussels sprouts are in season until September! So eat up!
Sprucing Things Up
There is nothing we love more than adding fresh floral arrangements around the home to ring in springtime. During March, we like to keep things pretty green.
Green hydrangeas, hellebores, or Lady's Mantle are some of our favorite green blooms, or we love using cut branches (bonus points if you can find flowering branches)!
