More color. More pattern. More texture. More things that make you stop and say, “Wait… we can do that?”

Yes. Yes, you can. And you probably should.

Because “timeless” was never supposed to be boring ✌🏼

A purple kitchen? You sure you won’t get tired of it?

Respectfully… have you SEEN her???

Calacatta Viola running wild across the countertops and backsplash, paired with rich reeded walnut cabinetry… There’s a lot happening in this kitchen, but somehow every material is such a moment of its own.

This is why we’ll always choose personality over playing it safe. Give us the veining. Give us the color. Give us the wood grain. Give us a kitchen that actually has something to say.

Safe to say, we’re not tired of it yet. #FifthAvenueRanch

We take outdoor/indoor living very seriously at #FifthAvenueRanch… even in the laundry room.

Double glass + steel Dutch doors connect this hardworking space to the stables just outside, with the top half opening independently for fresh air, sunshine, and the occasional visit from Whit. Pair that with green cabinetry, a walnut island, geometric mosaic floors, concealed washers and dryers, and you’ve got a laundry room that feels decidedly less…. laundry room.

The horse definitely helps ✌🏼🙂‍↕️

Happy Monday, folks! A new bunk room just dropped. 👀

One of our favorite things about bunk rooms is how customizable they can be for each family. This layout actually left room for a queen bed, but instead, we kept the space open so the grandkids have more room to play, imagine, and make it their own.

Because sometimes a little extra floor space is way more fun than another bed.

Pretty rocks are our love language. And #BoulderHorizons has lots and lots of them.

Every piece was chosen to feel connected to the St. George landscape while bringing in all the drama this house deserves. Safe to say, we’re in our element. 🪨

Okay, so which one are you vibing with the most???

Not to be dramatic, but LOOK AT THIS VENT!!!

Did we have enough content to justify and entire post about this stone heat return? Absolutely not. We only have this one clip and one photo and that’s quite literally it. But are we interior designers who get irrationally excited about tiny details like a HEAT RETURN MADE IN STONE??? Unfortunately, yes. So here we are.

Because truly, these are the little things that make a home feel special and considered and completely its own. The details matter, people!!! Even the vents! ✌🏼

Hardware is basically jewelry for your cabinetry and doors. And we take accessorizing very seriously around here.

A few of our favorite knobs, pulls, and tiny pieces of art from past projects ✌🏼

Paint it. Wallpaper it. Add moulding. Cover it in wood. Color drench it. There are literally so many options and yet somehow the ceiling is still so often just… white.

Not saying every ceiling needs to be bonkers. Sometimes white IS the answer. But sometimes the thing your room is missing is sitting directly above your head 👀

Turns out, it was exactly enough 🤤

We color-drenched the entire #FifthAvenueRanch office in Lead Gray by Benjamin Moore. Walls. Mouldings. Ceiling. Allllll of it. Because once you’re going this moody, why stop at the walls???

And somehow the whole room actually feels calmer because of it??? But our favorite little side effect is how much better the hidden cabinet doors disappear now. They were already sneaky, but covering everything in the same deep moody color basically made them vanish.

Anyway. We will continue our campaign against white ceilings indefinitely.

Some cozy moments from #IntoTheWoods we’re still totally vibing with…. 👉🏼

Imagine drinking your coffee here every morning??? Ummmm yes.

This bathroom is just so yummy. The old wood + marble + industrial sconces combo gets us every time.

Designed this space around its wall of windows with such an insane view…. The mountains do the talking here.

Something about this guest bathroom is so simple but also so intriguing??? And that bathtub weighs approximately one million pounds. Literally had to reinforce the floors for her. Worth it. We love her.

Speaking of tubs…. This one is copper. And she’s absolutely stunning. No notes.

The coziest spot to lose at cards 🃏

A kitchen worth clocking in for on Labor Day 🫡🙂‍↕️

She’s moody, cozy, built for a crowd, and still one of the most unique kitchens we’ve ever had a hand in creating. #SpeakEasyPlayHard, you’ll always be a favorite.

100K INTERNET FRIENDS!!!! 🥹🎉

Naturally, we put on our party hats to celebrate. Perla participated against her better judgment. Whit was a little more agreeable.

Five years of designing beautiful homes, telling their stories, sharing the behind-the-scenes, and somehow convincing 100,000 of you to hang out with us along the way. It’s a little bonkers when we really think about it. What started as a tiny design studio in an old horse barn now has 100k people following along from all over the internet. Like??? What???

Thank you for being here. For caring about the homes, the special little details, the install weeks, the plaid, the animals, and all the things that make Bond feel like Bond.

We really do feel like we’ve made a whole bunch of internet friends over the last five years. And we like you guys a lot. 🥹

Here’s to 100K. Party hats for everyone. 🥂

September 1st!!!!!! Celebrating accordingly with a roundup of 8 of our most autumn-coded spaces. Summer flew by at an honestly bonkers pace, but we’re very ready for cooler mountain evenings, changing leaves, and all things fall 🍂
